Planet CHILD Music Celebrates 20 Years with 'Meteoric Swarm' Tour
Planet CHILD Music, the influential Visual Kei label that’s shaped the underground scene for two decades, is marking its 20th anniversary in style. The label is launching an ambitious multi-city tour titled 『Meteoric Swarm』, featuring an impressive roster of established and rising acts across four separate events in January 2027.
For those unfamiliar with Planet CHILD Music, the label has been instrumental in nurturing diverse Visual Kei acts—from theatrical experimentalists to harder-edged performers—building a reputation for championing creative risk-taking within the genre. This anniversary celebration reflects that ethos through its sprawling lineup and strategic venue choices.
The tour kicks off on January 9th at HOLIDAY NEXT NAGOYA, with a more compact seven-band bill including 怪人二十面奏, 蛾と蝶, Sick², SPLENDID GOD GIRAFFE, ゼラ, 蜈蚣, and Rorschach.inc. Tickets run ¥5,500 advance / ¥6,000 day-of.
The flagship event hits January 10th in Osaka at なんばHATCH—the only show offering special merchandise bundles (¥8,500) alongside standard advance tickets (¥6,500 / ¥7,000 day-of). This date features the full lineup, adding umbrella, KAKURIYO PANDA., Co’COON, and Chanty to the Nagoya roster.
Two final performances take place at Tokyo’s 高田馬場CLUB PHASE on January 18th and 20th, each hosting five to six bands in a more intimate setting at ¥5,500 advance / ¥6,000 day-of.
Pre-sales begin via e+ (Eplus) on late October/early November depending on the date, with general sales following mid-November. All shows include separate drink charges.
