PEOPLE 1 Live Blu-ray 'MY HAVEN HEAVEN AFTER DARK' Due December 2026
PEOPLE 1 is capturing lightning in a bottle with their upcoming live Blu-ray release, pairing two contrasting arena shows into a single retrospective package. MY HAVEN HEAVEN AFTER DARK drops December 23, 2026, marking the band’s first video release in roughly a year.
For those unfamiliar with PEOPLE 1, they’re a Tokyo-based rock outfit known for their dynamic live presence and genre-blending approach to songwriting. The band has built a dedicated following through intense performances that balance introspective lyrics with explosive arrangements.
The release features two distinctly different performances: September 2024’s “after dark” concert from NHK Hall and June 2026’s “HAVEN” show at SGC Hall Ariake. Both are packed with fan favorites including “idiot,” “東京” (Tokyo), “紫陽花” (Hydrangea), and “Ratpark,” with the latter presentation featuring a special rearrangement.
The limited edition box set (¥9,000 + tax) includes far more than just the Blu-ray. PEOPLE 1’s wrapping a picture book adaptation of the narrative read during the “after dark” performance, plus collectible graphic cards inspired by the LED visuals from “HAVEN.” There’s also an original rubber keychain and other merchandise bundled in.
Given that previous releases have already sold out, early preordering is strongly advised. You can secure your copy through the official link.
In related news, PEOPLE 1 also announced their upcoming “第10回本公演 ＜東京＞” (10th Main Performance: Tokyo) arena show, scheduled for December 5–6 at Keio Arena Tokyo. This marks their third career arena headlining experience, with tickets currently available through early access.
Head to the official preorder link to grab your copy and stay tuned for venue updates on the December arena shows.
