Myuk Releases Charity Single

Myuk Releases Charity Single "Ashita ga Kuru" for Kumamoto

Myuk is channeling personal grief into meaningful action with a new charity single that speaks to resilience and hope in the face of tragedy.

The Visual Kei artist has announced the digital release of “Ashita ga Kuru” (Tomorrow Will Come) on October 14, 2026. The track was born from Myuk’s response to the devastating earthquake that struck their hometown of Yatsushiro, Kumamoto Prefecture in July. Rather than remaining silent, Myuk grappled with a fundamental question: What can I do to help? The answer came through music.

“Ashita ga Kuru” is a haunting ballad that opens with quiet, prayer-like reverence before building into something more urgent—a gentle yet insistent refrain that pierces the darkness like a solitary light cutting through night sky. Myuk’s songwriting and composition paint vivid emotional landscapes of hope reclaimed and futures reclaimed from despair. The arrangement by Tomohiro Okubo complements the deeply personal nature of the track, creating space for both vulnerability and strength.

Most importantly, a portion of all streaming proceeds from “Ashita ga Kuru” will be donated directly to Yatsushiro City, ensuring that Myuk’s artistic response translates into tangible support for recovery efforts.

The single arrives ahead of Myuk’s Anniversary Concert Tour 2026 Extra Edition, which touches down in Kumamoto on October 25, 2026, at Kumamoto B.9 VOPEN. The show kicks off at 3:30 PM with general admission seating at ¥5,500 (excluding drinks).

Get “Ashita ga Kuru” on all major streaming platforms starting October 14. Tickets for the Kumamoto anniversary show are available through Kyodo Nishi Nihon, L-Ticket, e+, and Pia. For more information, visit Myuk’s official website, X, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok channels.
