GOTCHAROCKA Launch 6-Show Monthly Series at Club Phase
GOTCHAROCKA are set to dominate Tokyo’s Club Phase over the next three months with an ambitious monthly series celebrating the legendary Takadanobaba venue’s 26th anniversary. Kicking off in February 2027, this six-show run pairs guest-led collaboration nights with the band’s own headline performances—a formula that promises to showcase both their collaborative spirit and their commanding presence as headliners.
The project, simply titled “Sweet” (甘), unfolds across February through April, with each month following the same two-night structure. Opening nights, dubbed “Sweet Invitation,” will feature GOTCHAROCKA sharing the bill with major Visual Kei acts; closing nights, “Sweet Revenge,” belong entirely to GOTCHAROCKA.
The lineup of guest bands reads like a who’s who of Japanese Visual Kei royalty. February 12 launches the series with heidi., followed by the venerable Merry on March 14, and The THIRTEEN on April 18. Each promises a potent collision of styles and stagecraft that should generate considerable buzz within the scene.
For those unfamiliar with GOTCHAROCKA, the band represents the sharper, more experimental edge of modern Visual Kei—known for their aggressive sonic palette and theatrical presentation. Pairing them with these seasoned acts over consecutive nights creates an intriguing dynamic: the first night’s energy feeds directly into their solo showcase the following evening.
Tickets for “Sweet Invitation” nights are priced at ¥6,000 presale / ¥7,000 day-of; “Sweet Revenge” solo shows run ¥6,600 presale / ¥7,700 day-of. Most shows open at 17:00 (February 12 opens at 18:00), with performances starting 30 minutes later. The February 12 collaboration runs earlier, with doors at 18:00 and start time at 18:30.
This series encapsulates everything that makes Japan’s Visual Kei scene vital right now—respect between peers, carefully curated lineups, and the kind of multi-night commitment that demands genuine fan dedication. Whether you’re already deep in GOTCHAROCKA’s world or curious about their creative circle, this is essential viewing.
