Verde/ Announces NEO TOKYO TRIBE Monthly Shows With Star Guest Vocalists
Verde/ is rolling out one of the season’s most exciting live concepts with their NEO TOKYO TRIBE® monthly tour kicking off this August. What makes this series unmissable? Each show will feature a rotating lineup of guest vocalists drawn from Shou’s inner circle—a deliberate celebration of Tokyo’s interconnected visual kei community.
The band, anchored by guitarists and bassist from 摩天楼オペラ (Matenrou Opera), has assembled a compelling roster of performers across four dates. Kicking things off on August 8th at Shibuya Chelsea Hotel is ROY from 零Hz, followed by 一聖 (Issei) of BugLug on September 18th, 夕霧 (Yugiri) from DaizyStripper on September 25th, and JILUKA’s Ricko closing out the series on October 24th at Shibuya Rex. Each date promises a singular, unrepeatable moment—the kind of cross-pollination that defines Tokyo’s underground rock scene.
Adding another layer to the bill, Key.KAZAMI from DaizyStripper will join the core lineup as an additional member for the September 18th and October 24th performances, expanding the sonic palette beyond what a standard guest appearance would offer.
The band’s core membership includes drummer KEN’ICHI rounding out the unit alongside the Matenrou Opera members, while KAZAMI handles keyboard duties for select dates. Tickets are priced at ¥6,600 (plus drink charge) per show and come with a limited picture ticket containing purchase bonuses. Attendees who catch all four shows unlock an exclusive original live pass featuring QR codes to member comment videos and signed merchandise.
Official pre-sale registration runs through June 14th, with general sales beginning June 20th. Doors open at 5:00 PM for the August and October dates (shows start 5:30 PM), while September performances open at 6:00 PM (shows start 6:30 PM).
