FEST. INAZUMA 2026 Reveals Phase 2 Lineup
Lake Biwa’s biggest autumn music festival is back with an expanded artist roster—and the second wave of announcements just dropped some serious names across three days of September performances.
FEST. INAZUMA 2026 (formerly known as Inazuma Rock Fes) is rebranding this year as it celebrates its 18th edition. Founded in 2009 by T.M.Revolution’s Nishikawa Takakazu as a passion project for environmental conservation and regional development around Lake Biwa, the festival has become a fixture of Shiga Prefecture’s early autumn calendar. Now under its new name, it’s gearing up for a three-day run at Karasuma Peninsula Lawn Square in Kusatsu on September 19–21, 2026.
The phase 2 lineup includes several acts that’ll appeal to Visual Kei and rock fans alike. MAZZEL takes the stage on day one alongside GENERATIONS, T.M.Revolution himself, and ももいろクローバーZ. Day two brings IMP., Da-iCE, and RIIZE into the mix, while day three—headlined by abingdon boys school and MONGOL800—rounds out the festival with Novelbright and フレデリック completing the roster.
The festival operates two distinct areas: a ticketed LIVE AREA and a free-entry FREE AREA. General admission tickets are ¥15,000 per day, with VIP and VVIP packages available at ¥33,000 and ¥38,000 respectively, each including premium perks. The official second presale window runs until June 14th at 23:59 JST, with tickets distributed via lottery.
